1. Consent
By submitting your phone number via our free trial form or account registration, you consent to receive transactional and service-related SMS, including trial updates, onboarding guidance, service alerts, billing reminders, and support follow-ups. Consent is not required to purchase.
2. Message Frequency
Frequency varies based on account activity. During your free trial you may receive up to 5 messages. After converting to a paid plan, you may receive periodic service notifications.
3. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. Catchsera does not charge for SMS sent to you.
4. How to Opt Out

6. Supported Carriers
Supported by all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by your carrier.
7. Privacy
Your phone number is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your number or use it for unsolicited marketing.
8. A2P 10DLC Compliance
Catchsera's SMS are sent through A2P 10DLC registered messaging in compliance with CTIA guidelines and carrier requirements.
